Cancellation Policy

In addition to the non-refundable deposit, 50% of the total package price is non-refundable if cancelled between June 28 and October 1, 2025.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after October 2, 2025, or in the event of a no-show by a tour participant.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, and the effective cancellation date will be the date the Tour Operator receives your written notice. A written confirmation of cancellation will be provided by the Tour Operator for the purpose of filing travel insurance claims.

Please note the following:

  • A decision not to participate in the Tour due to U.S. State Department travel advisories, fear of travel, personal circumstances, or similar reasons will be treated as a voluntary cancellation and subject to the standard refund policy above.

  • If a flight delay, cancellation, or other travel interruption prevents a participant from arriving in time for the start of the Tour, it will be considered a no-show, and the Tour Operator will not issue a full or partial refund or credit. Participants may, however, choose to join the Tour late at their own expense, if logistics allow.

  • We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, which includes trip cancellation, interruption, and medical coverage, to protect your investment.
